WP4 ensures that knowledge generated in STOP-MATING is shared effectively through training, outreach, and communication. It supports capacity building of researchers—particularly early-stage scientists—through hands-on secondments, workshops, and online tools. This WP also leads dissemination to the scientific community, stakeholders, and the general public.

Tasks
- Coordination of intersectoral secondments and hosting schemes.
- Organisation of training events (wet-lab, bioinformatics, fieldwork).
- Outreach activities (e.g., Researchers’ Night, school visits).
- Open access publishing, project website, and social media.
Expected output
An empowered, well-trained research community with strengthened intercontinental networks, and broad visibility of project results.
