WP5 ensures smooth administrative, financial, and scientific coordination of the project. It manages the overall implementation, monitors progress and risks, ensures compliance with the Grant Agreement, and prepares all required reporting. It also supports secondment planning and oversees the governance structures of the project.

Tasks
- Day-to-day management of the project and support to partners.
- Monitoring of milestones, deliverables, and secondment flows.
- Coordination of meetings, ethics reviews, and advisory inputs.
- Liaison with the European Research Executive Agency (REA).
Expected output
Timely, efficient, and transparent implementation of the project with full compliance to MSCA SE rules and expectations.
